Responsibility
- Lead engaging walking and bus tours for groups of varying sizes with energy and professionalism.
- Provide accurate information on history, culture, landmarks, and local insights to enhance guest experience.
- Manage group dynamics, ensure safety, and handle guest assistance with courtesy and respect.
- Collaborate with operators to adjust itineraries based on weather, interests, and accessibility needs.
- Maintain up to date knowledge of local attractions, transit options, and venue policies.
- Collect feedback and report incidents or service issues to improve quality and guest satisfaction.
- Support pre-tour planning and post-tour follow ups for guest satisfaction and repeat bookings.
- Represent the brand in a positive manner and upsell optional experiences when appropriate.
Qualification
- Excellent command of English; additional languages are a plus.
- Proven experience as a tour guide or guest services role in a tourism or hospitality setting.
- Strong public speaking and storytelling skills with the ability to engage diverse audiences.
- Deep knowledge of local history, culture, and landmarks; willingness to learn and adapt.
- Excellent interpersonal, problem solving and conflict resolution abilities.
- First aid or safety certification is preferred; ability to handle emergencies calmly.
- High energy, reliable, and able to stand and walk for extended periods.
- Availability for weekend and evening tours; flexible schedule required.
