NovaVoyage Travel is seeking a dynamic Tourism Marketing Lead to join our Barcelona-based team. This is an opportunity to shape premium travel experiences for international guests and local partners.
As a leader in destination marketing, you will craft compelling campaigns, build strategic partnerships, and elevate our brand across digital channels. You will collaborate with hotels, attractions, and tour operators to amplify demand and deliver unforgettable journeys.
Responsibility
- Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns to attract international travelers to Barcelona and surrounding regions.
- Lead content strategy across web, social media, email, and PR to tell compelling destination stories.
- Build and manage partnerships with hotels, attractions, travel brands, and local businesses.
- Analyze campaign performance using benchmarks and analytics, and optimize spend and ROI.
- Oversee events, fam trips, and influencer collaborations to showcase the destination.
- Coordinate with product and operations to ensure seamless guest experiences and itineraries.
- Own CRM, segmentation, and lifecycle marketing to nurture inquiries into bookings.
Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Tourism, Business, or a related field.
- 3+ years in tourism or hospitality marketing with a track record of successful campaigns.
- Strong digital marketing skills including SEO, SEM, social media, and content marketing.
- Excellent communication, storytelling, and negotiation abilities.
- Fluent in English; Spanish or Catalan preferred.
- Analytical mindset with proficiency in marketing analytics tools and CRM platforms.
- Willingness to travel occasionally and work flexible hours as needed.
