VivaTours Travel & Destinations is a premium, boutique travel company specializing in immersive experiences across Europe. We’re seeking a results-driven Tourism Marketing Manager to lead our destination marketing efforts in Barcelona and Catalonia. You’ll partner with local operators, hotels, and cultural partners to promote unforgettable experiences while driving sustainable growth.
In this role you’ll own strategy, campaigns, partnerships, and performance metrics to elevate our brand and convert interest into bookings. Responsibility
- Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies to promote Barcelona as a premier travel destination.
- Lead content creation and local partnerships with hotels, attractions, and event organizers.
- Manage multi-channel campaigns across digital, social, email, and PR; optimize for bookings and brand awareness.
- Analyze performance, set KPIs, and report ROI; adjust tactics based on data.
- Maintain the tourism brand voice, messaging, and creative assets for consistency across channels.
- Plan and execute events, activations, and co-branded experiences with partners.
- Collaborate with sales and product teams to align offers with market demand and seasonality.
Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Tourism, Business, or related field.
- 5+ years in destination marketing, tourism, or hospitality with measurable results.
- Proven experience in digital marketing, SEO, content marketing, social media, and CRM.
- Strong project management skills, budget stewardship, and partner relationship management.
- Excellent written and spoken English; proficiency in Spanish or Catalan is a plus.
- Ability to travel 10-15% as required; passion for storytelling and customer experience.
- Data-driven with proficiency in marketing analytics tools (Google Analytics, CRM, ad platforms).
