Responsibility
- Handle inbound and outbound inquiries from potential customers and qualify leads.
- Present product features, pricing, and benefits; address objections and close sales.
- Meet or exceed monthly sales targets while maintaining high customer satisfaction.
- Maintain and update customer information in our CRM; track interactions and outcomes.
- Provide timely follow-ups and after-sales support to ensure retention.
- Collaborate with teammates and supervisors; participate in training sessions and product updates.
- Deliver professional, friendly service in a remote work environment.
Qualification
