Responsibility

  • Provide exceptional customer service by assisting with parts inquiries and fulfilling orders for internal and external customers.
  • Manage inventory levels, ensuring timely ordering, receipt, and organization of automotive parts and accessories.
  • Coordinate with service technicians to supply required parts for repair and maintenance tasks efficiently.
  • Process invoices, warranty claims, and returns in line with company policies and procedures.
  • Maintain accurate records of parts transactions and ensure inventory accuracy in the system.
  • Advise customers on the suitability and availability of parts, proactively identifying alternatives when necessary.
  • Support inventory audits and assist in stocktaking activities as required.
  • Contribute to ongoing process improvements in parts operations and support the overall success of the Tesla Service Center.

Qualification

  • Previous experience in automotive parts advisory, retail, or a related technical support role is highly preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of automotive parts and systems, ideally within an electric vehicle or premium automotive environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset.
  • Tech-savvy with proficiency in inventory management software and MS Office applications.
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team and independently when necessary.
  • Fluency in English; Bahasa Malaysia proficiency is advantageous.
  • Valid driver’s license is a plus.
