Responsibility
- Conduct regular inspections and diagnostics on passenger vehicles
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs
- Analyze vehicle performance data and provide recommendations for improvements
- Assist in troubleshooting and resolving customer complaints
- Collaborate with the engineering team to implement design changes for better aftersales support
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field
- Experience in automotive aftersales service is preferred
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities
- Ability to work well in a team environment
