We are seeking a talented Pastry Chef to join our team at Balquisse Heritage Hotel in Badung, Bali. The ideal candidate will have experience in hospitality bakery and a passion for creating delicious pastries and desserts.
Responsibility
- Create a variety of pastries and desserts for our restaurant and events
- Prepare and bake delicious and high-quality treats
- Ensure the kitchen meets all sanitation and food safety guidelines
- Collaborate with the culinary team to develop new pastry items
- Manage inventory and ordering of pastry supplies
Qualification
- Proven experience as a Pastry Chef or similar role
- Knowledge of traditional and modern baking techniques
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment
- Creativity and attention to detail
- Excellent time management skills
