Private Advertiser is seeking a proactive and organized Placement Supervisor to join our team in Riau, covering opportunities across Sumatra for PT OCS Global Services Indonesia. The successful candidate will oversee the deployment of security personnel, coordinate client requirements, and ensure service excellence while maintaining strict compliance with licensing and safety standards.
As a Placement Supervisor, you will manage shift planning, monitor on-site performance, and lead a team of coordinators and guards. You will be responsible for maintaining up-to-date Gada Pratama or Gada Madya certificates and KTA membership among staff, and you will collaborate with clients and internal stakeholders to optimize staffing solutions.

Responsibility
- Lead and supervise daily placement operations for security personnel across Riau and adjacent Sumatra regions to ensure timely deployments and client satisfaction.
- Coordinate client requirements, shift scheduling, and deployment plans while maintaining compliance with regulatory standards.
- Monitor team performance, provide coaching, and drive continuous improvement in service quality and operational efficiency.
- Ensure all personnel hold valid Gada Pratama or Gada Madya certificates and active KTA membership; manage documentation and renewals.
- Enforce safety protocols, incident reporting, and adherence to company policies and client security standards.
- Collaborate with internal teams, client representatives, and regulatory bodies to resolve issues and optimize staffing strategies.
- Prepare and present regular operation reports, KPIs, and resource forecasts to senior management for informed decision-making.
Qualification
- Minimum education: SLTA or equivalent (high school diploma) with a relevant certification background; further training is a plus.
- Proven supervisory or leadership experience in security, facilities, or manpower placement.
- Strong communication, organization, and customer-service skills; able to manage multiple priorities.
- Willingness to work in shift rotations and travel within Sumatra as required.
- Must hold a valid Gada Pratama or Gada Madya certificate with an active KTA.
- Good problem-solving abilities and a proactive, solution-driven mindset.
- Fluency in Indonesian; English basic proficiency is a plus; reliable with documentation and reporting.
