Overview
Tripper Nature is seeking a dedicated Printing Operator in Bali to join our growing production team. In this role, you will operate and oversee printing equipment, ensure high-quality output, and help maintain efficient, safe production flows on a fast-paced manufacturing floor. As a Printing Operator, you will set up presses, load substrates, mix and manage inks, and adjust color density to meet job specifications. You’ll monitor runs for consistency, perform routine maintenance, and troubleshoot jams or defects. You will collaborate with warehouse and QA teams to ensure timely delivery of finished materials and communicate any issues that may affect production timelines. Responsibility
- Set up printing presses and related equipment, ensuring correct settings for each job
- Load substrates, inks, and coatings, and manage feed and alignment
- Monitor production runs for quality, color accuracy, and consistency
- Perform routine maintenance and minor repairs on printing equipment
- Inspect finished products for defects and coordinate reprints as needed
- Maintain accurate production records and report variances
- Follow safety procedures and keep the work area clean and organized
- Collaborate with production and shipping teams to meet deadlines
Qualification
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical vocational training preferred
- Proven experience as a printing operator or in a similar manufacturing role
- Knowledge of printing processes (offset, digital) and color management principles
- Familiarity with quality control and standard operating procedures
- Ability to read job tickets, work orders, and production schedules
- Mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
- Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity
- Good teamwork, communication, and safety awareness
