We are seeking a proactive and experienced Security Supervisor to oversee safety operations for Private Advertiser in Balikpapan Barat, Kalimantan Timur. Responsibility
- Oversee daily security operations across assigned sites in Balikpapan Barat, ensuring the safety of personnel and assets.
- Lead, schedule, and supervise security staff; provide training and performance feedback.
- Monitor CCTV, access control systems, alarms, and intrusion detection; respond to incidents promptly.
- Conduct regular patrols and risk assessments; identify vulnerabilities and implement corrective actions.
- Prepare detailed incident and shift reports; maintain accurate documentation for audits and investigations.
- Coordinate with facilities, operations, and client teams to uphold security standards and compliance.
- Execute emergency response plans; arrange drills and liaise with local authorities as needed.
Qualification
- 3+ years of experience in security supervision or a comparable role.
- Strong knowledge of security protocols, incident management, and emergency response.
- Demonstrated leadership and team-management skills; ability to train and motivate staff.
- Excellent observation, reporting, and communication abilities; proficiency in Indonesian; English preferred.
- Familiarity with CCTV, access control, alarm systems, and incident reporting software.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including shifts; on-call readiness for emergencies.
- High school diploma required; security-related certifications are a plus.
