Responsibility
- Qualify leads and conduct remote sales conversations to understand client needs and present tailored insurance solutions.
- Engage with prospects via phone, chat, and video calls; build trust and rapport to convert inquiries into policy applications.
- Explain policy features, benefits, exclusions, and pricing in clear, client-friendly language.
- Process online insurance applications and endorsements, ensuring accurate data capture and timely submission to underwriting.
- Maintain and update client records in the CRM, track activities, and manage a healthy sales pipeline.
- Meet or exceed part-time performance targets, activity benchmarks, and quality standards through consistent follow-up and relationship-building.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to refine scripts, messaging, and offers based on feedback and market needs.
Qualification
- Proven experience in part-time sales or insurance roles, preferably with remote work.
- Excellent written and verbal communication in English; proficiency in Filipino is a plus.
- Strong self-discipline, time management, and ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and online document submission; comfortable using technology to drive results.
- Working knowledge of life, health, or general insurance products; willingness to learn and stay compliant.
- Reliable high-speed internet and a conducive home workspace for uninterrupted calls and meetings.
