- Oversee daily construction site operations to ensure safety, quality, and timely completion of projects.
- Supervise on-site personnel, subcontractors, and suppliers; coordinate work sequences to optimize productivity.
- Enforce safety policies, conduct toolbox talks, and ensure compliance with local regulations and company standards.
- Monitor project progress against schedule; prepare daily site reports and issue resolution logs.
- Manage materials, equipment, and subcontractor performance; track deliveries and inventory to prevent delays.
- Assist in cost control and budgeting; review change orders and assist with cost forecasting.
- Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and clients to align scope, quality, and expectations.
- Ensure documentation accuracy, quality control, and adherence to building codes and quality standards.
Qualification
- Diploma or degree in Construction, Civil Engineering, or a related field; relevant work experience accepted as a substitute.
- Minimum 2+ years of site supervision experience in construction projects preferred.
- Strong knowledge of construction safety regulations and building codes.
- Proven ability to read drawings, interpret specifications, and manage project documentation.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills; ability to manage multiple tasks under pressure.
