Responsibility
- Design customized training programs based on client goals, history, and assessments.
- Lead engaging coaching sessions in person and via virtual platforms.
- Perform fitness assessments and track client progress with data-driven adjustments.
- Instruct safe exercise techniques and provide injury-prevention guidance.
- Foster a positive, motivating environment and maintain client retention.
- Collaborate with nutrition coaches to support holistic wellness plans.
- Maintain clean facilities, up-to-date equipment, and accurate session documentation.
Qualification
- Certified Personal Trainer credentials (e.g., ACSM, NASM, ACE) with current CPR/AED certification.
- 2+ years of PT experience with a proven track record of client outcomes.
- Strong knowledge of movement science, program design, and progressions.
- Excellent communication, empathy, and motivational coaching skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours including mornings, evenings, and weekends.
- Experience with small-group training and virtual coaching is a plus.
