Responsibility
- Conduct initial client assessments and set measurable goals
- Design individualized training programs based on assessments and goals
- Lead one-on-one and small-group training sessions safely and effectively
- Monitor progress and adjust plans to optimize results
- Provide coaching on form, technique, and injury prevention
- Maintain accurate client records and progress tracking in our system
- Educate clients on lifestyle, nutrition basics, and recovery strategies
- Represent PeakForm Fitness with professionalism and exceptional customer service
Qualification
- Certified Personal Trainer through NASM, ACSM, ACE, or equivalent
- Minimum 2+ years of professional training or coaching experience
- Current CPR/AED certification
- Proven ability to design programs for all fitness levels
- Excellent communication and motivational skills
- Strong client relationship-building and referral generation abilities
- Flexible availability including evenings and weekends
- Knowledge of injury prevention and correct movement patterns
