As a Personal Trainer, you will conduct comprehensive fitness assessments, tailor individualized training programs, lead in-club sessions, and provide ongoing coaching to clients of all levels. You’ll collaborate with nutrition coaching, movement screening, and recovery protocols to optimize outcomes.

Responsibility
- Conduct initial fitness assessments and goal-setting consultations with clients to establish measurable targets.
- Design and implement personalized, evidence-based training programs tailored to individual needs and abilities.
- Lead one-on-one and small-group training sessions with a client-centric coaching approach.
- Track progress, adjust programs based on data and feedback, and provide ongoing accountability.
- Educate clients on proper technique, movement patterns, and injury prevention.
- Collaborate with nutrition coaches and wellness staff to support holistic client outcomes.
- Maintain pristine workout spaces, equipment safety, and outstanding member service.
Qualification
- Current nationally recognized CPT certification (e.g., NASM, ACE, ACSM, NSCA, or equivalent).
- CPR/AED certification and up-to-date safety training.
- Minimum 2 years of professional personal training experience.
- Strong interpersonal, motivational, and communication skills; able to build lasting client relationships.
- Ability to assess, track, and adjust programs based on progress and client feedback.
