Responsibility
- Perform on-site pest inspections and termite assessments, documenting findings clearly for clients.
- Apply pesticides, baits, and exclusion methods in accordance with manufacturer instructions and safety regulations.
- Identify signs of infestation, assess severity, and recommend effective treatment plans.
- Maintain, calibrate, and clean all field equipment; ensure vehicles and gear are stocked and ready for service.
- Prepare detailed service reports, update customer records, and communicate results in plain, actionable language.
- Advise clients on prevention measures to minimize recurrence and protect property.
- Adhere to safety, health, and environmental regulations; wear appropriate PPE and follow waste disposal guidelines.
Qualification
- Minimum 1 year of pest control, termite treatment, or related field experience (entry-level candidates considered).
- Basic knowledge of pest biology, treatment options, and safety procedures.
- Ability to operate and maintain spray equipment, with a valid driver's license considered a plus.
- Strong physical stamina to perform outdoor inspections and lift equipment as needed.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills; fluent English is preferred.
- Willingness to work in varied weather conditions and flexible scheduling, including weekends if required.
- Relevant certifications or willingness to obtain required pest control licenses or training.
