Agora Philosophical Institute invites applications for a Philosophy Content Lead to oversee and advance our philosophy content strategy. The role combines scholarly rigor with accessible communication, shaping curriculum, editorial standards, and public-facing philosophy materials.

Responsibility
- Lead development and editorial oversight of philosophy content, including course materials, articles, and multimedia content.
- Collaborate with faculty and researchers to translate complex theories into accessible formats for diverse audiences.
- Design and update curriculum frameworks and assessment rubrics for courses and programs.
- Manage a content calendar, assign projects, and oversee quality control, editing, and citation standards (APA/Chicago).
- Lead peer-review process and ensure scholarly integrity and originality.
- Coordinate with product, design, and marketing teams to align content with audience needs and branding.
- Represent the institute in public lectures, webinars, and conferences to raise thought leadership.
Qualification
- PhD in Philosophy or a closely related field, or 5+ years of equivalent research and editorial leadership experience.
- Strong track record in academic writing, curriculum design, or scholarly editing.
- Ability to communicate complex ideas clearly to non-specialist audiences across formats (articles, courses, media).
- Experience with research methods, critical analysis, and rigorous argumentation.
- Familiarity with scholarly citation standards (APA/Chicago) and integrity in research and publication.
- Proven project management and collaboration skills; ability to lead cross-functional teams.
- Excellent public speaking and presentation skills; experience with web publishing and content management systems is a plus.
