We are seeking a Philosophy Content & Research Lead to shape our program of courses, seminars, and outreach initiatives. You will collaborate with philosophers, ethicists, and social scientists to develop innovative content, supervise research projects, and mentor early-career scholars. The ideal candidate is a results-driven thinker with a strong publication record, experience in teaching or lecturing, and a passion for bringing philosophical ideas to diverse audiences.

Responsibility
- Develop and curate philosophy course content, syllabi, and seminars for undergraduate and graduate programs.
- Lead research initiatives, publish in peer-reviewed venues, and present findings to academic and public audiences.
- Design and deliver engaging lectures, seminars, and workshops for diverse student cohorts.
- Oversee editorial processes for philosophy publications, blogs, and multimedia content.
- Coordinate outreach programs and public philosophy events, building partnerships across departments and with external organizations.
- Mentor junior researchers, interns, and adjunct faculty; manage project timelines and budgets.
- Collaborate with digital media teams to translate complex ideas into accessible formats for broader audiences.
Qualification
- PhD in Philosophy or closely related field (or equivalent research experience).
- Demonstrated publication record in philosophy and a strong track record of presenting research.
- Experience teaching or lecturing at the university level; ability to design curricula and assessment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication, with the ability to explain complex ideas to diverse audiences.
- Strong project management skills, with experience coordinating teams and meeting deadlines.
- Commitment to equity, diversity, and inclusion in teaching and research.
- Proficiency with academic research tools and standard citation practices (e.g., Chicago).
