Responsibility
- Lead the development of philosophy-focused educational content, including course outlines, lesson plans, and module rationales.
- Conduct rigorous literature reviews and synthesize sources for clear, accessible formats.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts, editors, and designers to produce high-quality materials.
- Design and implement curriculum frameworks aligned with learning outcomes and assessment rubrics.
- Manage editorial workflows, timelines, and quality standards; oversee content revisions and version control.
- Apply SEO best practices and audience insights to maximize reach and impact of materials.
- Mentor junior writers and researchers; contribute to policy and ethics guidelines for content.
Qualification
- Master's or PhD in Philosophy or related field; demonstrated research excellence.
- 5+ years of experience in academic research or educational publishing/editing.
- Proven ability to translate complex philosophical ideas for diverse audiences.
- Strong writing and editing skills; experience with style guides (APA, Chicago, etc.).
- Experience in curriculum design, assessment development, and learning outcomes.
- Proficiency with digital content tools, CMS platforms, and basic HTML/CSS; familiarity with SEO.
- Excellent collaboration, project management, and communication skills.
- Publication record or academic conference contributions is a plus.
