In this full-time role, youâll collaborate with brands, models, and stylists to craft compelling imagery across campaigns, editorials, and events. Youâll own the photo experience from concept through delivery, ensuring consistent color, light, and mood aligned with our clientsâ brands. Youâll work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment that supports growth, experimentation, and high-end production values.

Responsibility
- Direct and execute high-quality photo shoots for portraits, fashion editorials, and events from concept to delivery.
- Develop creative concepts, mood boards, and shot lists in collaboration with stylists and clients.
- Set up and manage lighting schemes (strobes, modifiers, and ambient light) to achieve desired mood and color.
- Capture, curate, and deliver consistently styled images that meet brand guidelines and deadlines.
- Collaborate with on-site retouching teams to maintain quality control and efficient post-production workflows.
- Maintain equipment inventory, perform routine maintenance, and ensure a safe, organized studio environment.
- Communicate effectively with clients, models, and crew to manage expectations and timelines.
- Stay current on industry trends and techniques to continually elevate the studioâs portfolio.
Qualification
- 3+ years of professional photography experience in studio and on-location settings.
- Strong portfolio showcasing portraits, fashion/editorial, and lifestyle imagery.
- Proficiency in lighting techniques, camera operation, and lens selection across multiple brands.
- Advanced skills in post-production using Photoshop and Lightroom; solid color grading and retouching capabilities.
- Excellent communication, client management, and collaboration skills.
- Ability to manage multiple shoots and tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Own camera gear and knowledge of basic studio lighting equipment preferred; willingness to access studio gear as needed.
- Bachelorâs degree in photography or related field is a plus.
