FocusFrame Studio is seeking a skilled Photographer to join our dynamic team in New York City. This role blends studio and on-location work, delivering high-quality imagery for fashion, portraits, and commercial campaigns. You will collaborate with Art Directors, stylists, and clients to translate creative concepts into compelling visuals. Responsibility
- Plan and execute studio and on-location shoots with creative direction
- Set up lighting, backdrops, and camera equipment; manage props and set design
- Collaborate with Art Directors, stylists, makeup artists; ensure deliverables align with brand
- Edit and retouch images with Lightroom and Photoshop; color grade to client specs
- Manage post-production workflow; deliver final images in required formats and resolutions
- Maintain equipment, studio inventory, backups, and data organization
- Coordinate with clients and team for scheduling and on-site logistics
Qualification
- 3+ years of professional photography experience in studio and on-location environments
- Proficient with DSLR or mirrorless cameras, lighting rigs, and modifiers
- Strong retouching skills in Lightroom and Photoshop; solid color management
- Portfolio demonstrating fashion, portrait, and product work
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities; able to direct talent and crew
- Strong time management and ability to work under tight deadlines
- US work authorization and ability to work on-site in New York City
