Responsibility

- Integrate technology, simulations, and digital resources to enhance learning. \n
- Collaborate with teachers and staff to develop curriculum and participate in school-wide initiatives. \n
- Maintain a safe and organized learning environment and supervise lab sessions. \n
- Communicate effectively with students, parents, and administration to support student success. \n
Qualification

- Bachelor's degree in Physics or a closely related field; teaching certification is a plus. \n
- Proven experience teaching physics at secondary or higher education level; tutoring experience is welcome. \n
- Strong command of physics concepts, laboratory methods, and experimental design. \n
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly. \n
- Proficiency in educational technology, virtual simulations, and lab equipment. \n
- Commitment to student-centered, inclusive teaching and ongoing professional development. \n
- Fluency in Indonesian; English proficiency is a plus for broader communication. \n
