Responsibility
- Conduct comprehensive assessments of new and existing patients, including history taking and objective measures.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to achieve functional goals.
- Deliver hands-on manual therapy and therapeutic modalities as appropriate.
- Design and supervise evidence-based exercise programs for home and clinic-based rehabilitation.
- Monitor patient progress, adjust plans, and document outcomes accurately.
- Provide patient education on self-management, injury prevention, and activity modification.
- Collaborate with physicians, osteopaths, and other healthcare professionals to optimize care.
- Maintain high standards of clinical documentation and adhere to privacy regulations.
Qualification
- Bachelor or Master of Physiotherapy from an accredited program.
- Current registration with AHPRA and eligibility to practice in Australia.
- Minimum 2 years of clinical experience in musculoskeletal physiotherapy.
- Strong communication and empathy with diverse patient populations.
- Progressive, evidence-based approach with strong problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team and autonomously when needed.
- CPR/First Aid certification and ongoing commitment to professional development.
- Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including some evenings or Saturdays.
