Responsibility
- Assess, diagnose, and treat a wide range of musculoskeletal conditions across an adult population
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans with measurable goals
- Deliver hands-on manual therapy, therapeutic exercise prescription, and evidence-based interventions
- Monitor progress, document outcomes, and adjust treatment plans accordingly
- Educate patients on injury prevention, self-management, and home exercise programs
- Collaborate with physicians, surgeons, and allied health professionals to optimize care
- Contribute to quality improvement initiatives and maintain accurate clinical records
- Participate in supervised programs and mentoring of junior staff
Qualification
- Registered Physiotherapist with current AHPRA registration
- Minimum 2 years of relevant clinical experience in musculoskeletal physiotherapy
- Strong manual therapy skills and proficiency in evidence-based practice
- Excellent communication, empathy, and patient education abilities
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a multidisciplinary team
- Commitment to ongoing professional development and CPD
- Proficiency with physiotherapy assessment tools and practice management software
- Right to work in Australia and a valid police check if required
