Responsibility
- Conduct comprehensive musculoskeletal assessments and create individualized treatment plans
- Deliver evidence-based manual therapy techniques and therapeutic exercises
- Manage progress and adjust treatment plans to achieve functional goals
- Provide patient education on injury prevention, self-management, and home exercise programs
- Collaborate with GPs, surgeons, and other clinicians to coordinate care
- Document patient notes accurately and handle claims efficiently
- Contribute to clinic protocols, quality improvements, and workshops
- Mentor junior therapists and participate in continuing education
Qualification
- Bachelor of Physiotherapy or equivalent; registered with AHPRA
- Minimum 2+ years clinical experience in musculoskeletal physiotherapy
- Proven manual therapy skills and exercise prescription
- Strong communication and patient-centered care
- Ability to work independently and in a team
- Experience with evidence-based practice and outcome measures
- Eligibility to work in Australia; current COVID-19 vaccination as required
