Responsibility

  • Perform comprehensive musculoskeletal assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
  • Deliver hands-on manual therapy and prescribe therapeutic exercise programs
  • Monitor progress, re-evaluate goals, and document outcomes in the EMR
  • Educate patients on injury prevention, self-management, and home exercise programs
  • Collaborate with physicians, podiatrists, and other health professionals in a multidisciplinary team
  • Contribute to quality improvement initiatives and evidence-based clinical guidelines
  • Supervise students or junior staff as needed and participate in clinic training sessions
  • Maintain compliance with AHPRA regulations and clinic policies

Qualification

  • Bachelor or Master of Physiotherapy and current registration with AHPRA
  • Minimum 2 years of clinical experience in musculoskeletal physiotherapy
  • Proficiency in manual therapy techniques and individualized exercise prescription
  • Strong communication, empathy, and patient-centered care
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent time management
  • Knowledge of outcome measures and evidence-based practice
