Job description

Nova Physio Clinic is seeking a dedicated Physiotherapist to join our high-performing team in Sydney. You will deliver evidence-based musculoskeletal care, design individualized rehabilitation plans, and support patients to achieve lasting outcomes. Responsibility

  • Perform comprehensive musculoskeletal assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.

  • Prescribe and progress rehabilitation programs across acute and chronic MSK conditions.
  • Monitor patient progress, document outcomes, and adjust care plans accordingly.
  • Educate patients and families to support self-management and injury prevention.
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team and coordinate referrals when needed.
  • Maintain accurate records, ensure safety, and participate in clinic quality improvement initiatives.

Qualification

  • Bachelor of Physiotherapy or equivalent; eligible for AHPRA registration.
  • Current AHPRA registration or eligible for registration in Australia.
  • Minimum 2 years of clinical MSK physiotherapy experience.
  • Strong clinical reasoning, documentation, and outcome measurement skills.
  • Excellent communication and patient-education abilities; fluent in English.
  • Ability to work independently and within a collaborative team; proactive and adaptable.
  • Right to work in Australia and commitment to ongoing professional development.
