Responsibility
- Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
- Deliver high-quality musculoskeletal physiotherapy using evidence-based approaches.
- Perform manual therapy, soft-tissue techniques, and supervised exercise prescription.
- Monitor patient progress with outcome measures and adjust plans accordingly.
- Educate patients on injury prevention, self-management, and home exercise programs.
- Collaborate with GPs, trainers, and other allied health professionals to optimize care.
- Document accurately in electronic medical records and ensure compliance with clinic protocols.
- Participate in clinical quality improvement initiatives and community outreach programs.
Qualification
- Bachelor or Master of Physiotherapy (or equivalent) with current registration with AHPRA.
- Minimum 2 years of clinical experience in musculoskeletal physiotherapy; private practice experience preferred.
- Proficient in manual therapy, exercise prescription, and gait retraining techniques.
- Strong communication, empathy, and patient-centered care skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team and adapt to a dynamic clinic schedule.
