Responsibility
- Assess, diagnose, and treat musculoskeletal and sports-related injuries across a diverse patient base.
- Develop individualized treatment plans using manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, and evidence-based modalities.
- Document clinical findings and track patient progress to inform ongoing care and outcomes.
- Educate patients about self-management, injury prevention, and home exercise programs.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to coordinate care and optimize rehabilitation timelines.
- Maintain high standards of clinical hygiene, safety, and customer service.
- Contribute to clinic quality initiatives, audits, and continuous improvement projects.
- Engage in community outreach and patient education events when possible.
Qualification
- Degree in Physiotherapy and current registration with AHPRA or equivalent
- Minimum 2 years of clinical physiotherapy experience in musculoskeletal or sports settings
- Proven ability to perform comprehensive assessments and create evidence-based treatment plans
- Proficient in manual therapy techniques and exercise prescription
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a patient-centered approach
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
- Commitment to ongoing professional development and lifelong learning
- Knowledge of clinical documentation systems and outcome measures
