We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Physiotherapist to join our premier Melbourne clinic. You will deliver evidence-based assessments, design individualized treatment plans, and help patients recover from musculoskeletal injuries and chronic pain. Responsibility
- Conduct initial patient assessments to determine diagnosis, prognosis, and treatment goals.
- Develop and implement individualized evidence-based treatment plans for musculoskeletal conditions.
- Perform manual therapy, soft tissue techniques, and therapeutic exercises as clinically indicated.
- Educate patients on self-management, home exercise programs, and injury prevention strategies.
- Monitor patient progress, document outcomes, and adjust treatment plans accordingly.
- Collaborate with GPs, surgeons, and allied health professionals to coordinate care.
- Manage clinic documentation and maintain accurate records in the electronic medical record system.
- Contribute to a positive patient experience and a collaborative team environment.
Qualification
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Physiotherapy from an accredited program.
- Current registration with AHPRA (Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency) or eligibility to register.
- Minimum 2 years of clinical physiotherapy experience, preferably in musculoskeletal settings.
- Strong manual therapy skills and proficiency in exercise prescription and rehabilitation planning.
- Excellent communication, assessment, and clinical reasoning abilities.
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
- Experience with electronic medical records and patient documentation; commitment to evidence-based practice.
- Current CPR/First Aid certification and a patient-centered approach.
