Responsibility
- Conduct thorough assessments of patients with musculoskeletal, neurological, and sports-related injuries.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on evidence-based practice.
- Deliver manual therapy, exercise therapy, and functional rehabilitation to optimize outcomes.
- Monitor progress, adjust interventions, and document patient outcomes accurately.
- Educate patients on injury prevention, self-management, and home exercise programs.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to coordinate care and achieve goals.
- Contribute to clinic quality standards, participate in continuing education, and support mentorship for junior staff.
Qualification
- Bachelor or Master of Physiotherapy and current registration with AHPRA (or eligible for registration).
- Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in musculoskeletal or sports physiotherapy.
- Strong communication, empathy, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in manual therapy techniques and evidence-based exercise prescription.
- Experience with electrotherapy modalities and rehabilitation technology is desirable.
- Ability to manage a busy caseload with high-quality documentation and time management.
- Commitment to professional development and ongoing learning.
