Responsibility

  • Assess and diagnose musculoskeletal conditions and develop individualized treatment plans.
  • Deliver evidence-based physiotherapy interventions including manual therapy, therapeutic exercises, and gait training as indicated.
  • Monitor patient progress, adjust rehabilitation plans, and document outcomes in our electronic medical records system.
  • Educate patients on injury prevention, self-management strategies, and return-to-activity goals.
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to coordinate comprehensive care and appropriate referrals.
  • Contribute to clinic quality improvement initiatives and maintain high standards of patient satisfaction.
  • Support supervision or mentoring of junior therapists or students when available.
  • Engage in ongoing professional development and clinical governance activities.

Qualification

  • Registered Physiotherapist with AHPRA (or equivalent) and current unrestricted practice.
  • Minimum 2 years of clinical outpatient physiotherapy experience.
  • Strong manual therapy, movement assessment, and rehabilitation planning skills.
  • Excellent communication and empathetic patient care abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team; strong organizational skills.
  • Experience with outcome measures, progress tracking, and evidence-based practice.
  • Commitment to ongoing professional development and lifelong learning.
  • First Aid/CPR certification or willingness to obtain.
