NovaCare Physio & Wellness is seeking a dedicated Physiotherapist to join our multidisciplinary outpatient team in Sydney.
As a Physiotherapist, you will assess, diagnose, and treat patients with musculoskeletal conditions, sports injuries, post surgical rehab, and chronic pain. You will design individualized treatment plans using evidence based manual therapy and exercise prescription, monitor progress, and adjust plans to optimize outcomes.

Responsibility
- Conduct initial assessments and develop personalized treatment plans for musculoskeletal conditions, sports injuries, and post-operative rehab
- Apply evidence-based manual therapy techniques and prescribe individualized exercise programs
- Monitor patient progress, adjust treatment plans, and document outcomes in the EMR
- Educate patients on injury prevention, self-management, and home exercise programs
- Collaborate with physiotherapy assistants, colleagues, and other healthcare professionals
- Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and quality improvement initiatives
- Contribute to clinic operations, including scheduling, equipment maintenance, and patient flow
Qualification
- Degree in Physiotherapy (Bachelor or Master) from an accredited program
- Full registration or eligibility for registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA)
- Minimum 2 years of clinical experience in musculoskeletal or sports rehabilitation
- Strong manual therapy and exercise prescription skills
- Excellent communication and patient education abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team; strong organisational skills
- Commitment to evidence-based practice and ongoing professional development
- Current CPR/First Aid certification
