Responsibility
- Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
- Deliver evidence-based physiotherapy interventions including manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, and electrotherapy as appropriate
- Monitor progress, re-evaluate regularly, and adjust treatment plans to maximize outcomes
- Educate patients on injury prevention, self-management strategies, and home exercise programs
- Collaborate with GPs, orthopaedic specialists, and other allied health professionals to coordinate care
- Maintain accurate clinical records and ensure compliance with regulatory standards
- Contribute to clinic operations, quality improvement, and patient satisfaction initiatives
- Participate in professional development and stay abreast of current evidence-based practices
Qualification
- Bachelor or Master of Physiotherapy and current registration with AHPRA
- Minimum 2 years of post-graduate physiotherapy experience, MSK and sports rehab preferred
- Strong manual therapy and exercise prescription skills
- Excellent communication, empathy, and patient education abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team; flexible to weekend/evening shifts
- Proficiency with electronic medical records and practice management software
- Current CPR/First Aid certification
- Eligibility to work in Australia without restriction
