Responsibility
- Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and formulate individualized treatment plans
- Deliver evidence-based physiotherapy interventions to restore function
- Monitor progress, adjust plans, and document outcomes
- Educate patients on injury prevention, home exercise programs, and self-management strategies
- Collaborate with physicians, surgeons, and other allied health professionals
- Maintain accurate records and ensure timely referrals when needed
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and clinic outreach
- Support junior staff and contribute to a positive, patient-centered clinic culture
Qualification
- Degree in Physiotherapy and current registration with AHPRA or relevant licensing board
- Minimum 2 years of clinical experience in private practice or hospital settings
- Strong manual therapy and rehabilitation skills across a range of conditions
- Excellent communication, empathy, and patient education abilities
- Proficiency with electronic medical records and documentation
- Commitment to evidence-based practice and lifelong learning
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
- Willingness to participate in ongoing professional development and accreditation requirements
