Responsibility
- Conduct comprehensive initial assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
- Deliver evidence-based physiotherapy interventions including manual therapy and exercise prescription.
- Monitor patient progress, adjust plans, and document outcomes accurately.
- Educate patients on injury prevention, self-management, and home exercise programs.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to optimize patient care.
- Maintain compliant clinical records and adhere to privacy and professional standards.
- Contribute to clinic operations, including scheduling and patient communication.
Qualification
- Bachelor or Master of Physiotherapy degree from an accredited institution.
- Current Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency AHPRA registration or eligible for registration.
- Minimum 2 years of musculoskeletal physiotherapy experience is preferred.
- Strong hands-on orthopedic and manual therapy skills.
- Excellent communication, empathy, and patient-centered approach.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced clinic.
- Knowledge of evidence-based practice and outcome measures.
- CPR and First Aid certification.
