Responsibility
- Conduct comprehensive musculoskeletal assessments and physiological evaluations.
- Design and implement individualized treatment plans using evidence-based manual therapy and therapeutic exercise.
- Guide patients through progressive rehabilitation, injury prevention, and return-to-work strategies.
- Document patient progress, adjust plans, and communicate with multidisciplinary teams.
- Collaborate with physicians, trainers, and other physiotherapists to optimize care.
- Provide patient education on lifestyle modification, ergonomics, and home exercise programs.
- Utilize outcome measures to monitor recovery and demonstrate measurable improvements.
Qualification
- Current registration with AHPRA as a Physiotherapist.
- Minimum 2 years of clinical experience in musculoskeletal physiotherapy.
- Proficiency in hands-on manual therapy techniques and exercise prescription.
- Strong communication, empathy, and patient-centered care approach.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
- Experience with electrotherapy modalities and gait/strength rehab is desirable.
- Commitment to continued professional development and evidence-based practice.
