Responsibility
- Provide evidence based assessment, treatment planning, and progression for a range of musculoskeletal conditions.
- Deliver one on one and small group rehabilitation sessions tailored to patient goals.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans with clear milestones.
- Collaborate with GPs, exercise physiologists, and other allied health professionals.
- Educate patients on self management, injury prevention, and home exercise programs.
- Maintain accurate documentation and EMR entries with attention to quality and privacy.
- Contribute to clinic quality improvement initiatives and professional development activities.
- Participate in community outreach and patient education sessions as required.
Qualification
- Bachelor or Masters of Physiotherapy and registration with AHPRA or eligible to practice in Australia.
- Minimum 2 years of clinical experience in musculoskeletal physiotherapy.
- Proficient in manual therapy, exercise prescription, and patient education.
- Desirable experience with dry needling and functional movement assessment.
- Excellent communication, empathy, and ability to build rapport with diverse patients.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
- Strong commitment to ongoing professional development and evidence-based practice.
- Proficiency with electronic medical records and clinic software.
