Responsibility
- Perform comprehensive musculoskeletal assessments and create personalized treatment plans.
- Deliver hands-on physiotherapy interventions including manual therapy and exercise prescription.
- Monitor patient progress, adjust treatment plans, and document outcomes accurately.
- Educate patients on injury prevention, home exercises, and self-management strategies.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to optimize patient outcomes.
- Contribute to clinic quality improvement initiatives and evidence-based practice.
Qualification
- Australian Registration with AHPRA as a Physiotherapist.
- Minimum 2 years of musculoskeletal physiotherapy experience.
- Proven ability to work independently and within a team.
- Strong communication and patient education skills.
- Experience with objective outcome measures and rehab progress tracking.
- Committed to ongoing professional development and evidence-based practice.
