Velocity Physio & Rehab is a premium physiotherapy clinic in Melbourne dedicated to evidence-based care, exceptional outcomes, and patient-centered service. We are seeking a motivated Physiotherapist to join our team and contribute to high-quality rehabilitation for athletes and general musculoskeletal clients.

Responsibility
- Assess patients through comprehensive subjective and objective examinations to determine functional status and goals.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans grounded in contemporary evidence-based practice.
- Deliver manual therapy, soft tissue techniques, and joint mobilizations as appropriate to restore mobility and reduce pain.
- Prescribe and supervise therapeutic exercise programs to improve strength, flexibility, balance, and function.
- Educate patients on pain management, injury prevention, and self-management strategies.
- Monitor progress, document outcomes, and adjust treatment plans accordingly in collaboration with the care team.
- Collaborate with physicians, surgeons, and other clinicians to optimize patient outcomes and ensure seamless care.
Qualification
- Bachelor of Physiotherapy or equivalent; eligible for registration with AHPRA (Australia).
- Minimum 2 years of clinical physiotherapy experience with musculoskeletal and sports injury focus.
- Strong manual therapy skills and proficiency in evidence-based rehabilitation protocols.
- Excellent communication, empathy, and ability to educate patients effectively.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a high-performing clinical team.
- Experience with electronic medical records and outcome measures (eg, SPADI, DASH) is preferred.
- Commitment to ongoing professional development and lifelong learning.
- Current AHPRA registration and valid work rights in Australia.
