Responsibility
- Conduct comprehensive musculoskeletal assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
- Deliver evidence-based physiotherapy interventions including manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, and patient education
- Monitor patient progress, adjust treatment plans, and document outcomes in our EMR system
- Collaborate with GPs, surgeons, and other allied health professionals to optimize care
- Provide clinical supervision and mentorship to junior physiotherapists and students
- Assist in clinic operations, triage, and aftercare planning
- Lead patient education sessions and group rehabilitation classes
- Contribute to quality improvement initiatives and clinical research efforts
Qualification
- Approved physiotherapist with AHPRA registration in Australia
- Minimum 2–4 years of clinical musculoskeletal physiotherapy experience
- Strong proficiency in manual therapy, exercise prescription, and clinical assessment
- Excellent communication and empathetic patient care skills
- Experience in private practice and multidisciplinary teams
- Ability to work independently and within a team; flexible availability
- Current CPR/BLS certification and knowledge of pathology
- Willingness to contribute to teaching and mentorship
