Responsibility
- Own the end-to-end sales process for the Pioneer Account at Spark Cubao, from lead generation to closing deals.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their business needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets through proactive outreach and effective account management.
- Handle inquiries via phone, chat, and email with a high level of professionalism and responsiveness.
- Manage CRM records diligently, track opportunities, and provide accurate forecasts and status updates.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding, product delivery, and post-sale support.
- Analyze customer feedback and market trends to inform selling strategies and campaign optimization.
- Maintain a positive, customer-first attitude while working in a fast-paced environment.
Qualification
- Sales or customer service experience required; 1-2 years preferred.
- Excellent written and verbal communication in English; Filipino language proficiency is a plus.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust quickly.
- Proficiency with CRM tools and MS Office; ability to learn new platforms rapidly.
- Goal-oriented, with a proven ability to meet or exceed targets.
- Bachelor's degree preferred; relevant certifications are an asset.
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment and to adapt to shift schedules.
