Responsibility
- Conduct policy research and data analysis across legislative and regulatory topics
- Prepare concise briefs and impact assessments for internal and external audiences
- Monitor policy developments, track bills, amendments, and regulatory changes
- Collaborate with cross functional teams to develop policy recommendations and strategic messaging
- Engage with stakeholders including government officials, think tanks, and advocacy groups
- Present findings to senior leadership and support policy discussions
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Public Policy, Political Science, Law or related field; Master’s preferred
- 3+ years of policy analysis or government affairs experience in the DC area
- Strong research methods and data interpretation skills
- Excellent written and oral communication abilities
- Experience with policy briefings, legislative tracking tools, and stakeholder engagement
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines with attention to detail
- Knowledge of DC policy environment and regulatory processes is preferred
