Responsibility
- Conduct comprehensive research on domestic policy issues, legislative processes, and regulatory developments.
- Analyze bills and proposed regulations; summarize potential impacts and policy options.
- Produce concise policy briefs, memos, and data-visualization backed reports for clients and internal stakeholders.
- Support government affairs activities, including coordination with lawmakers, staff, and coalitions.
- Monitor political developments and public opinion to inform strategic recommendations.
- Develop stakeholder engagement plans and assist with outreach to policymakers, think tanks, and advocacy groups.
- Collaborate with communications team to craft messaging and briefing materials for events and media.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in political science, public policy, law, or a related field; master's preferred.
- 3-5 years of policy research or government affairs experience.
- Strong analytical skills with ability to translate complex data into clear insights.
- Demonstrated experience with legislative tracking, policy analysis, and regulatory analysis.
- Excellent written and verbal communication; proficiency with MS Office; familiarity with data visualization tools (Tableau, PowerBI) a plus.
- Ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and work collaboratively in a cross-functional team.
- Experience with stakeholder engagement and coalition-building.
