We are seeking a Policy Analyst to advance evidence-based recommendations across domestic policy areas, with emphasis on legislative affairs and stakeholder engagement. You will translate complex data into actionable policy briefs, brief policymakers, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to shape public discourse.

Responsibility
- Conduct rigorous policy research and analysis on domestic policy issues.
- Develop evidence-based policy briefs, memos, and thought leadership pieces.
- Monitor and summarize legislative developments; prepare testimony and briefs for policymakers.
- Build and maintain relationships with lawmakers, staff, coalitions, and advocacy groups.
- Collaborate with communications and research teams to craft messaging and outreach strategies.
- Support stakeholder engagement initiatives and event planning.
- Translate research into practical policy recommendations and program designs.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Political Science, Public Policy, Economics, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
- 3-5 years of policy analysis, government affairs, or equivalent experience.
- Proven experience in legislative process and advocacy; familiarity with DC policy environment.
- Strong research, data analysis, and quantitative/qualitative methods.
- Excellent written and oral communication; ability to present complex information clearly.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and work with cross-functional teams.
- Proficiency in MS Office, data visualization, and policy tracking tools.
