Responsibility
- Conduct rigorous policy research and impact assessments to inform decision-makers.
- Monitor federal, state, and local legislation; build and maintain tracking dashboards.
- Draft policy memos, briefings, white papers, and testimony support materials.
- Analyze data from multiple sources and present findings through clear reports and visuals.
- Engage with stakeholders across government, industry, and civil society to gather input and build consensus.
- Support strategic communications, media briefings, and public policy advocacy efforts.
Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in Public Policy, Political Science, Economics, or related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- 3+ years of policy research, legislative affairs, or public affairs experience.
- Strong written and verbal communication; ability to translate complex issues into actionable messages.
- Proficiency with research methods, data analysis, and MS Office; experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) a plus.
- Knowledge of congressional, regulatory, and administrative processes; experience in government affairs preferred.
- Excellent organization, project management, and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Ethical, impartial approach to policy analysis and stakeholder engagement.
