Job description
As a Port Captain at Citra Borneo Indah, you will be responsible for overseeing all operational maritime activities to ensure smooth ship operations in compliance with set standards.
Responsibility
- Ensure compliance with maritime laws and regulations
- Supervise ship maintenance and repairs
- Monitor crew performance and safety procedures
- Coordinate with port authorities and shipping companies
- Manage navigation routes and schedules
Qualification
- Previous experience as a Port Captain or similar role
- Strong knowledge of maritime operations and safety protocols
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Ability to make quick decisions under pressure
- Valid Captain's license or certification
