Private Advertiser is seeking a motivated Supply Chain Specialist to join our Jakarta Selatan team. This role focuses on leading and optimizing the end-to-end warehouse and logistics operations to deliver reliable service and cost efficiency.
As a key member of our supply chain team, you will drive continuous improvement, cost optimization, and operational excellence across inbound, storage, and outbound processes. You will partner with procurement, production planning, and customer service to align demand, supply, and service levels while maintaining accurate inventory and compliance with safety and quality standards.
Key responsibilities include implementing efficient warehouse workflows, optimizing transportation planning, and leveraging data to reduce cycle times and stockouts. You will manage vendor relationships, monitor KPIs, and lead initiatives to streamline processes using WMS/ERP tools and data analytics. A strong focus on safety, accuracy, and compliance will be essential in a fast paced environment.

Responsibility
- Oversee end-to-end warehouse and logistics operations to ensure accurate inventory, on-time order fulfillment, and optimal material flow.
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives to reduce costs, improve service levels, and optimize warehouse layouts and processes.
- Manage inventory control activities including cycle counts, reconciliations, and stock accuracy KPIs.
- Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments, carrier selection, freight optimization, and transportation planning.
- Collaborate with procurement, production planning, and customer service to align demand, supply, and service commitments.
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards and maintain documentation for audits.
- Analyze operational data using WMS/ERP systems and build data-driven strategies to drive efficiency and performance.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in supply chain, logistics, operations management or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Minimum 3 years of experience in supply chain, logistics, or warehouse operations within manufacturing or distribution environments.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency with MS Excel; experience with WMS/ERP systems (eg SAP, Oracle, NetSuite) is preferred.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management abilities.
- Proven project management and process improvement capabilities, with knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma or similar methodologies.
- Knowledge of safety, health and warehouse transportation regulations in Indonesia; ability to ensure compliance in daily operations.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment with a proactive, solution-oriented mindset.
