Binajasa Sumber Sarana is seeking a dynamic Team Leader / Sales Supervisor based in Bandung, Indonesia. This contract position leads a field sales team to achieve revenue targets while safeguarding cash flow by monitoring overdue payments and field productivity. You will drive performance through coaching, data-driven planning, and close collaboration with credit, logistics, and marketing teams. As a Team Leader, you will be responsible for supervising and mentoring field sales agents, optimizing routes and customer engagement, and ensuring accurate reporting of sales activity. You will monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as productivity, conversion rates, and days sales outstanding (DSO) to identify opportunities for improvement. This role requires strong communication skills, the ability to influence across departments, and a customer-first approach to building long-term partnerships.

Responsibility

  • Lead, coach, and schedule a team of field sales agents to meet revenue targets and KPIs.
  • Monitor overdue payments and collaborate with credit and operations to minimize delinquency.
  • Track daily/weekly sales performance, analyze data, and adjust field plans accordingly.
  • Develop and execute territory strategies for Bandung to maximize coverage and close rates.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, pricing, and credit terms; resolve customer escalations promptly.
  • Coordinate with Marketing, Product, and Logistics to optimize promotions, demos, and product deployments in the field.
  • Maintain accurate CRM data, prepare periodic reports, and present insights to senior management.

Qualification

  • 2-4 years of experience in sales leadership or team management, preferably with field-based roles.
  • Proven ability to coach and develop sales talent and drive performance in a competitive market.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills in Bahasa Indonesia; comfortable with English at a basic level.
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency with CRM tools and MS Office; data-driven decision maker.
  • Experience with credit control, collections, and cash flow awareness is highly desirable.
  • Self-motivated, resilient, and able to work independently in a field environment.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field is preferred.
