Key responsibilities include inventory control, production planning, and continuous improvement of stock and workflow processes to support efficient manufacturing and timely product availability.

Responsibility

  • Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct regular stock reconciliations.
  • Plan and monitor production schedules (PPIC) to align with demand, BOM, and capacity.
  • Coordinate procurement and material requirements with suppliers and internal departments.
  • Manage inventory in and out, cycle counts, ABC analysis, and FIFO/LIFO where applicable.
  • Monitor stock levels, material lead times, and reorder points to prevent shortages and overstock.
  • Collaborate with production, warehouse, and QA teams for smooth operations and quality compliance.
  • Generate reports on stock status, variances, and performance metrics for management decision-making.
  • Ensure compliance with GMP, ISO, and safety standards in all inventory and production activities.

Qualification

  • Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, logistics, industrial engineering, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in inventory control, PPIC, or related roles in manufacturing.
  • Strong knowledge of ERP/MRP systems; experience with SAP or Oracle is a plus.
  • Excellent numerical and analytical skills with strong attention to detail.
  • Effective communication and cross-functional collaboration abilities.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with strong time management skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data-driven decision-making.
