Key responsibilities include inventory control, production planning, and continuous improvement of stock and workflow processes to support efficient manufacturing and timely product availability.
Responsibility
- Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct regular stock reconciliations.
- Plan and monitor production schedules (PPIC) to align with demand, BOM, and capacity.
- Coordinate procurement and material requirements with suppliers and internal departments.
- Manage inventory in and out, cycle counts, ABC analysis, and FIFO/LIFO where applicable.
- Monitor stock levels, material lead times, and reorder points to prevent shortages and overstock.
- Collaborate with production, warehouse, and QA teams for smooth operations and quality compliance.
- Generate reports on stock status, variances, and performance metrics for management decision-making.
- Ensure compliance with GMP, ISO, and safety standards in all inventory and production activities.
Qualification
- Bachelorâs degree in supply chain, logistics, industrial engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience in inventory control, PPIC, or related roles in manufacturing.
- Strong knowledge of ERP/MRP systems; experience with SAP or Oracle is a plus.
- Excellent numerical and analytical skills with strong attention to detail.
- Effective communication and cross-functional collaboration abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with strong time management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data-driven decision-making.
